Chain Call Falls in Love
I’m behind on the Chain Cow adventures for a multitude of reasons, but I want to get caught up this weekend. Will took her to drill this weekend, so I hope we will have some pictures of Chain Cow frolicking with soldiers. Then it is off to Keri Monday for another adventure.
The timeline on these posts may be out of order, but bear with me.
Since Chain Cow was with me for Valentine’s Day, it seemed only appropriate that we try to find her a bullfriend. As some of you may have heard, there is a lot of bull in Texas…in more ways than one.
Chain Cow spotted Grey right off the bat and fell madly in love with him. Granted, he is a fine specimen, but he’s kind of cheap. Brahmers are used to getting by on their good looks. Even so, he did give her a chocolate kiss and that made her happy.

Then she saw Sid. Sid is a Hereford who owns a steakhouse. It seems kind of odd to me, but for some bulls, it’s all about the money and steak is big in Texas. Sid gave her forty-five boxes of conversation hearts. I sort of like them, but it seemed kind of chintzy even if it was quite a few boxes.

Len the Longhorn gave her Texas-size jelly beans. Len is a hunk, but the jelly beans were awful. Bigger isn’t always better.

In the end, it was Andy the Angus who won her heart. She said it was his earring that caught her attention. I told her it was just an ear tag, but earring was more romantic to her. Plus, he covered her with kisses. What girl could resist that much chocolate?

I think she had a good time, but she didn’t say much about her dates. She did have a big smile on her face.
And she danced.
LOVE this last picture. HAHA
Chain cow looks very very happy.
Chain Cow was very happy with all the attention…and chocolate.
I love this post! Chain Cow made me laugh, especially with all the “bullfriends!” TOO FUNNY!!!!
